This 5 night yoga and rejuvenation retreat offers the perfect space to nourish your body, inspire your heart, and renew your spirit. Between practices, you’ll have ample time to wander the beach, lounge by the pool, embark on local adventures, or simply rest and savor the sweetness of doing nothing at all.

Daily yoga sessions will weave together vinyasa flow with slower, meditative sequences and subtle body awareness. Music, philosophy, intuitive exploration, and reflection will be integrated into the sessions, inviting you to discover what is possible—both on the mat and in your life beyond.

Evenings invite a time to build community over delicious organic meals infused with vibrant Mexican flavors and international culinary traditions. Located on 387 acres of pristine coastline, Las Rosadas is a private sanctuary of beaches, nature and luxury. Each ocean-view casita includes all the amenities you could need: 2 or 3 en-suite rooms with king sized beds, indoor/outdoor living spaces, a kitchen, laundry room and an infinity pool. Just steps away, the pristine beach includes a restaurant, bar, umbrellas, fire pit, multiple lounge spaces and an ocean front yoga palapa for practice to the sound of waves.

Getting there is easy. Fly into Manzanillo or Puerto Vallarta and we can arrange a sprinter transport from the airport to the villas at an additional cost. You can also rent a car at either airport and drive yourself. There is even an option to fly a 6 seater plane from Puerto Vallarta to an airstrip 5 minutes away.

Deposits are non refundable.

The $800 deposit to hold your space is non refundable. There are no cancellation refunds or transfers after June 12, 2026. All payments due June 12, 2026. If not paid in full by June 12, 2026 your spot is subject to cancellation.

Travel insurance is highly recommended should you need to cancel for any reason. You can purchase insurance to cover cancellations for any reason including covid. Some insurance providers require you to purchase within two weeks of booking. 

You can book a single room which will have a king sized bed in a large en-suite room all to yourself. You can book a double with a friend or partner and you will be sharing the king sized bed. The cost is per person.
