France: A Countryside Yoga Retreat with Nikki Estrada

Join Nikki for a week at the serene and secluded Amassa Place, tucked into the French countryside just one hour west of Toulouse. This beautiful French countryside property is the perfect place to slow down, deepen your practices, soak up the local culture and appreciate the best of French life.

Our days will include extended yoga and meditation practices in the large yoga barn, farm to table food (prepared by Nikki's favorite chef Mhairi), walks on the country roads, dips in the pools, a one hour massage and fabulous French excursions. We will visit the local market in Lectoure, take a day trip to Montauban, have an optional tasting at the local winery and a dinner out a French restaurant.

Our home for the week is a quintessential French hamlet set in the south western countryside just one hour west of Toulouse. This beautiful family estate contains 4 private farm houses lovingly restored with modern amenities, while maintaining their original rustic charm. Each unique room is ensuite and each cottage has a shared living space and kitchenette. We have exclusive use of the property with two swimming pools, views of the countryside, gardens and two large yoga spaces fully equipped with all the essential yoga props. 

Getting there is easy. Fly to Paris and take the fast train down to Toulouse where our private transport will pick you up from the train station. Or fly directly to Toulouse which has connections from many major cities in Europe and Canada. We will offer an airport pick up as well taking you directly to the retreat. Please note this location is in the country. Taxis can be set up for additional outings but Ubers are not available. You are in a quiet and serene country setting.

Each room is unique in character and size within each of the 4 cottages. Some rooms are larger and have French doors to outdoor spaces. Bed sizes are either king or two twins. Every suite has its own private bathroom with a separate shower. One room has a clawfoot bathtub (Fig Leaf Double). Please read each room description and choose your optimal accommodation. The $800 deposit to hold your space is non refundable. If you need to cancel before March 29, 2026 you will be refunded minus the $800 deposit. There are no cancellation refunds or transfers after March 29, 2026. All payments due March 29, 2026. If not paid in full by March 29, 2026 your spot is subject to cancellation. To receive the early bird pricing you must be paid in full by Febuary 28, 2026.

Travel insurance is highly recommended should you need to cancel for any reason. You can purchase insurance to cover cancellations for any reason including covid. Please note some insurance providers require you to purchase within 2 weeks of booking.

The deposit is required to book your space. Payment plans are available for the remaining balance due. Please email us if you would like to spread your retreat payments out into installments.
