Join Andrea & Christina for a 6 night journey through the chakras at The Retreat Costa Rica. Just 40 minutes from San Jose Costa Rica, The Retreat is a world renowned healing destination known for its extensive Ayurvedic spa treatments, anti-inflammatory organic cuisine and luxury accommodations. Their incredible spa has been nominated as one of the best spas in the world by Condé Nast Traveler. Included in your retreat experience are two guided hikes, a cooking class, an Ayurvedic lecture, daily yoga and all organic farm to table meals. In your free time relax, enjoy the pools and spa or book treatments or Ayurvedic consultations with an onsite doctor. This is the ultimate healing and rejuvenating wellness experience. Leave feeling liberated with tools and practices you can use at home and apply to daily life.

The $1000 deposit to hold your space is non refundable. If you need to cancel before January 12, 2025 you will be refunded minus the $1000 deposit. There are no cancellation refunds or transfers after January 12, 2025. All payments due January 12, 2025. If not paid in full by January 12, 2025 your spot is subject to cancellation. To receive the early bird pricing you must be paid in full by November 12, 2024.

Travel insurance is highly recommended should you need to cancel for any reason. You can purchase insurance to cover cancellations for any reason including covid. Please note some insurance providers require you to purchase within 2 weeks of booking.

Choose between deluxe (tier 1) or premium (tier 2) rooms, single or double accommodations.

Tier 1- Deluxe king rooms have a garden view, shower and private patio. Perfect for one person or a couple sharing the bed.

Tier 2- Premium king rooms have a bathtub, mountain view and private patio. Perfect for one person or a couple sharing the bed.

Tier 2- Premium double occupancy queen rooms have a shower, mountain view and private balcony. Perfect for two friends sharing the room, each with a queen bed.

Tier 3- Luxury King Loft with sweeping views, soaking tub, terrace and spacious layout.

Daily Yoga & Meditation
Each day includes chakra themed classes with pranayama, meditation and yoga theory. Restorative sessions and guided relaxation included as well.
3 Meals Per Day
Organic, gourmet, anti inflammatory meals are included- breakfast, vegetarian lunch and dinner.
Two Guided Hikes
Two guided nature hikes are included in your retreat experience.
Cooking Class
Learn how to cook fresh and healthy spa-style meals.
Ayurvedic Dosha Lecture
Learn about the three doshas and the mind/body types.
Airport Transfer
Group transfer from San Jose International Airport to the Retreat and back on departure day.
Spa Facilities
Use of the pool, hot tub, gym and surrounding facilities.

Flights to and from the retreat are not included.

Alcoholic Beverages
Alcoholic beverages are not included but can be purchased at the restaurant.
Travel Insurance
The unexpected can happen and travel insurance is strongly advised.

Additional excursions not included. Add on trips/activities during the retreat will cost extra.
Treatments/Consultations
Massages, spa treatments or consultations are not included but will receive a 10% discount when booked in advance or 5% when booked there in person.

This retreat was truly transformational. Every detail was considered from the location, to the home, to the activities. Crystal is masterful in teaching yoga and paying attention to the uniqueness of each of the students. And Nikki made the process seamless. And I truly loved getting to know all of the amazing women on the retreat, and eating the most delicious food ever. It was so much fun and I can’t wait to return next year!

This was an amazing experience! We had the confluence of great everything: setting, people, food, and energy. Crystal is a special talent. Her yoga practice is open, accessible, and responsive. Her explanations make sense and were easy to follow (though the body wasn't always willing . . . ). I do not have a strong yoga practice and really enjoyed the work, even when it was strenuous and challenging (which it often was:)) And she's a therapist so added so much richness and context to our conversations and personal engagements. A remarkable human being. Case Fuzetta is a beautiful space in southern Portugal. Olhao is a charming coastal fishing community with a great vibe and lovely residents. The chef Ricardo was top notch. Nikki Estrada, who owns Curated Yoga Retreats, was with us and could not have been more gracious, more open, more lovely. A kind and thoughtful soul. And the women in the group brought their A game. Thoughtful, kind, funny, generous, vulnerable, and open to the many experiences. We quickly connected and clicked. We laughed. And laughed. And laughed some more. A truly outstanding group of people.

A five star experience. Of course, the yoga was fantastic: paradoxically uplifting & grounding. Accommodations were luxurious. The food was beyond amazing; I do not know how Mhairi created exquisite meal after meal. But the real cherry were the people. Nikki attracts very wholesome & authentic souls. What a blessing to come home with real friends.
