Sacred Semana Yoga & Adventure in Peru with April Falcon

Join April for this week-long retreat in Sacred Valley, Peru where you will reconnect with yourself through movement, meditation, nature and adventure. Our days will be filled with rich experiences such as visiting Machu Picchu and hiking the P’isaq ruins. Daily yoga with April, traditional ceremonies, craft markets, organic gourmet meals and more will refresh and energize your body, mind and spirit.

Located in the heart of the Sacred Valley, Willka T’ika is situated at Paradero Rumichaka, two kilometers north of Urubamba — a 75-minute drive from Cusco airport and a 25-minute drive to Ollantaytambo train station. Many guests find Willka T’ika to be an ideal place to acclimatize before exploring Cusco and Machu Picchu.

Machu Picchu tickets sell out very fast. In order to be put with your retreat group you need to register for this retreat early. For guests who confirm participation after the 120-day prior due date, participation with your retreat group is not guaranteed. A different tour guide and a different

circuit may be required. Peru Rail ticketing may also be in a different train car from the group. Please register before April 8, 2027 to ensure you are with April's Yoga Retreat group.

Passports MUST BE AVAILABLE 60 days prior to retreat start date which is June 8, 2027. Please check your passport immediately and make sure it is renewed and current for entry into Peru. This is a necessary deadline to fulfill vendor requirements in Peru. Your passport needs at least 6 months of validity beyond the day you arrive in Peru.

The $800 deposit to hold your space is non refundable. If you need to cancel before April 8, 2027 you will be refunded minus the $800 deposit. There are no cancellation refunds or transfers after April 8, 2027. All payments due April 8, 2027. If not paid in full by April 8, 2027 your spot is subject to cancellation. To receive the early rate you must be paid in full by February 8, 2027.

Payment plans are available upon request with the final payment due April 8, 2027. 

Travel insurance is highly recommended should you need to cancel for any reason. You can purchase insurance to cover cancellations for any reason including covid. Some insurance providers require you to purchase within two weeks of booking. 

Tier 1 rooms- Garden- These lovely rooms sit within the garden area of the property and offer garden views.

Tier 2 rooms- Luxury- These rooms offer a sense of spaciousness, comfort and quiet refinement. Each room is unique with local artwork, down comforters and in room tea.

Cusco Airport Transfer on arrival day Is Included.

Most US routes take you first to Lima, Peru and you book a flight from Lima to Cusco. Included in your retreat package is transport from Cusco airport to Willka T'ika on arrival day. Please arrive to Cusco airport no later than 11am on Sunday August 8, 2027. It is a 90 minute drive from the airport to the retreat.

If you miss the group transfer on arrival day you will need to pay for a private transfer.

The retreat concludes on Sunday August 15, 2027 in Cusco at a local hotel. You are responsible for your own taxi from the hotel back to the airport. Cost is around $15 for a taxi and it takes about 25 minutes to get the airport. Check-out time is usually around 9 or 10am. Guests need to depart from the hotel 2.5 hours in advance of departing flight.

April Falcon- Growing up, April Falcon devoted her life to dance. After graduating from the Alonzo King LINES Ballet BFA program in San Francisco, she completed her 200 hr. YTT from Yogaworks. April earned her Certified Crystal Practitioner (CCP) certification from Hibiscus Moon Crystal Academy followed by her Advanced Crystal Master (ACM) certification. Combining and sharing movement, meditation and energy healing is April’s passion that she believes will help everyone establish a more balanced and mindful lifestyle leading to good health and longevity.
