About this trip
Summer in the south of France with Deborah Lee. Slow down and soak up the beauty of the French countryside with 6 nights/7 days of yoga, farm to table meals, dips in the pool, trips to local villages, thermal spa, wine tasting, massages, vinyasa, restorative practices and more. Learn how Ayurveda (yoga’s sister science) pairs with yoga to create optimal well-being.
Our home for the week is a quintessential French hamlet set in the south western countryside just one hour west of Toulouse. This beautiful family estate contains 4 private farm houses lovingly restored with modern amenities, while maintaining their original rustic charm. Each unique room is ensuite and each cottage has a shared living space and kitchenette. We have exclusive use of the property with two swimming pools, views of the countryside, gardens and two large yoga spaces fully equipped with all the essential yoga props.
Deb will offer invigorating morning practices and slower yin/yang evening practices with guided savasana and meditations most days. Two Ayurvedic lectures will supplement the experience to help you understand your unique constitution. On excursion days, Deb will offer one longer practice to accommodate our offsite adventures. Our private chef will nourish us daily with three seasonal meals made with locally sourced ingredients. She’ll create both delicious and healthy meals to keep us fueled and indulged.
Getting there is easy. Fly to Paris and take the fast train down to Toulouse where our private transport will pick you up from the train station. Or fly directly to Toulouse which has connections from many major cities in Europe and Canada. We will offer an airport pick up as well taking you directly to the retreat.
Choose Your Unique Room
Each room is unique in character and size within each of the 4 cottages. Some rooms are larger and have French doors to outdoor spaces. Bed sizes are either king or two twins. Every suite has its own private bathroom with a separate shower. One room has a clawfoot bathtub (Fig Leaf Double). Please read each room description and choose your optimal accommodation. Email us if you have any questions. If you wish to book a double room as a single or vice versa please reach out.
Cancellation Policies
The $600 deposit to hold your space is non refundable. If you need to cancel before March 23, 2025 you will be refunded minus the $600 deposit. There are no cancellation refunds or transfers after March 23, 2025. All payments due March 23, 2025. If not paid in full by March 23, 2025 your spot is subject to cancellation. To receive the early bird pricing you must be paid in full by January 30, 2025
Travel insurance is highly recommended should you need to cancel for any reason. You can purchase insurance to cover cancellations for any reason including covid. Please note some insurance providers require you to purchase within 2 weeks of booking.

Quince Root is located in the Quince House- the largest of the houses backing onto a full length south facing terrace, gardens and small pool with magnificent views beyond. This beautiful room has French double doors that open directly onto the terrace, garden & pool. It includes an ensuite bathroom with shower. Perfect for two friends sharing or a couple. Price is per person.
Quince Leaf is located in the Quince House- the largest of the houses backing onto a full length south facing terrace, gardens and small pool and magnificent views beyond. This beautiful light filled room has south and east facing windows and ensuite bathroom with shower. Perfect for one person.
Fig Root is the middle sized room in the Fig House. This Gorgeous room is apart from the others in Fig house with a direct door from the terrace outside. Triple windows have views of the woods and includes an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
Quince Fruit is located in the Quince House- the largest of the houses backing onto a full length south facing terrace, gardens and small pool and magnificent views beyond. This small and cozy room is perfect for one person. Enjoy your own private space and ensuite bathroom with a shower.
Fig Fruit is the smallest room in the Fig House. This cozy & beautiful room has a west facing window and skylight to star gaze from bed. Perfect for one person to enjoy with ensuite bathroom including a shower.
Fig Leaf is the largest of three rooms in the Fig House. This spacious room includes a free standing clawfoot bathtub and separate shower/toilet. This light & bright room has windows facing south & west. Perfect for two friends sharing. Price is per person
