What’s included
- Daily Yoga & Meditation1-2 practices per day of yoga, meditation and opening/closing ceremonies.
- Three meals per dayEnjoy Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner prepared by a private chef. One meal not included on excursion day.
- Your HousingSingle and double luxury en-suite rooms available.
- Pool & Spa FacilitiesEnjoy the onsite pool, jacuzzi, dry & steam saunas.
- Group Bus TransferOne group transfer from/to Rome FCO to retreat house on arrival and departure days.

- Additional transfersIf you arrive or depart other than with the group on retreat start/end dates you must arrange your own transport. Transportation is from Rome FCO to retreat on arrival day and back to Rome FCO.
- Wine or alcoholic beveraWine or alcoholic beverages can be purchased and kept in the kitchen with a running tab to be paid at the end.
- Gratuities not includedGratuities for chef and housekeeping not included- 70-100 Euros per person.
- ExcursionsAdditional excursions not included. Add on trips/activities during the retreat will cost extra. One meal on excursion day is not included.

This was such an amazing trip. What a great balance of yoga practice and experiencing Greek island culture and food. Great balance of practice, activities and downtime. Food was top notch. Working with Peter for a week really expanded everyone's yoga practice and I am looking forward to future. retreats.

Wonderful trip to beautiful Sardegna! Nikki put together an excellent well-organized retreat in a spectacular location. The staff at the villa was attentive to our every wish and did everything with a smile. It was a treat to experience yoga with Mia. Highly recommend attending a Curated Yoga Retreat!

This retreat had everything you could ask for: great people, beautiful surroundings (I could hear the ocean from my room), support staff to tend to any need, delicious food, and of course, excellent yoga classes! Nikki was very responsive to any questions or requests and organized an amazing trip!

This trip was one of the best yoga retreats I have ever attended. Nikki's care and attention to detail is unmatched. She thought of everything, was quick to respond, and always felt supportive. I will absolutely attend another event with Curated Yoga Retreats! The yoga with Mia was phenomenal, she is such a thoughtful and experienced teacher and I loved every moment of every class. This location was gorgeous, the food incredible, and my overall experience was a 10/10. Thank you to everyone involved for making this such a magical, life-changing experience!
